Official Rules

1. Promotion Period

The Home HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical October Yard Sign Giveaway ("Promotion") begins October 1, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to eligible individual residents and businesses located within Home HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical's normal service area, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Limit one standard entry per participating household/property or business location. Employees of Home HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Participants may register for the giveaway online at www.HomeHAC.com or in person at Home HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical. All promotional yard signs must be picked up at the Home HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical office at 1406 N Missouri Ave., Sedalia, MO 65301.

Completing the online registration form reserves a sign but does not, by itself, constitute a completed giveaway entry. To receive the standard entry, the participant must pick up the promotional sign and display it at the registered home or business property during the promotion period.

• Limit one promotional yard sign and one standard giveaway entry per household or business location. Additional entries may only be earned through the qualifying in-office bonus opportunities.
• Entrants may earn up to 2 additional entries in person at pickup, for a maximum of 3 entries per participant/business.
• The yard sign must remain displayed and visible at the registered property through the winner drawing.
• Signs and stakes remain the property of Home HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical and may be collected after the Promotion ends.

4. Winner Selection / Verification

Winner Eligibility Verification

Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential winners are subject to verification before a prize is awarded. Home HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical may confirm that the promotional yard sign remains properly displayed and visible at the registered residential or business property. If the sign has been removed before verification, is not displayed at the registered property, or the entrant otherwise fails to meet these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

• $500 Cash + Annual Spring & Fall PCS package + Home merch
• 55" TV
